1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the winph4 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by winph4, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. 3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by winph4, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active account on winph4. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. winph4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify winph4 of any changes to your personal information by updating your account details or contacting our support team.
• Non-Transferability: Your winph4 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

winph4 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the winph4 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits made to your winph4 account:

• Deposits may be made via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the time of transaction. winph4 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the financial institution.
• winph4 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• winph4 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit transaction and may request supporting documentation before crediting funds to your account.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your winph4 account, except where required by applicable law or at winph4's sole discretion.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your winph4 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. winph4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before processing any withdrawal, winph4 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. winph4 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times are not guaranteed.
• winph4 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending bonus wagering requirements.
• Any applicable fees associated with withdrawal transactions will be disclosed to you prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request.

winph4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or technical issues outside of winph4's reasonable control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

winph4 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, or other incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by winph4:

• Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses are credited to your account for gaming purposes only and may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• winph4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

winph4 offers a range of live dealer games and card games provided by third-party game suppliers including WM Live, EVO Live, and Vivo Live. The following terms apply to gameplay on the winph4 platform:

• Each game available on winph4 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winph4 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on winph4.

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to winph4's systems, databases, or infrastructure.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your winph4 account.

winph4 actively monitors platform activity for prohibited conduct. Any account found to be in violation of this section will be dealt with swiftly and without prior warning where the severity of the violation warrants immediate action.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winph4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the winph4 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

13 Termination

• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.

Upon termination of your account, any funds remaining in your account balance (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the winph4 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such matters.

winph4 operates in compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by winph4 may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
